This is a product that combines traditional craftsmanship and modern technology. The simple beauty and practicality of the traditional hourglass are combined with the sci-fi LED dot matrix array.
So our team started designing this imaginary digital hourglass product, using yellow LED lights to simulate sand grains. Through precise programming, these “grains” slowly flow through the lattice, like a real hourglass. I also added a feature that allows the user to customize the flow and pattern of the hourglass, making it not only a timekeeping tool but also a personalized decorative item.

Quick Start
Quick Start with Electronic Hourglass.
Step 1:Press and hold the digital hourglass’s power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off. There are three buttons on the back of the hourglass: the “+” button, “model” button, and “-” button. The “model” button is used to enter the time setting mode and start timing. The “+” and “-” buttons are used to increase or decrease the timing in minutes during the time setting mode, and they can also adjust the brightness of the hourglass during timing. At the bottom of the digital hourglass is a Type-C charging port.
Step 2:After turning on, the hourglass enters the standby screen, displaying a smiley face with a heart image. At this point, press the “model” button to enter the time setting mode. The screen displays the “∞” symbol (infinity symbol). Pressing the “model” button at this time will enter the infinite timing mode, where the hourglass will automatically restart timing at the end of each cycle.
Step 3:Operation Instructions In the time setting screen, press the “+” or “-” button, and the screen will display numbers from 0-1-2-…-20, indicating the timing period for the hourglass is set from 0 to 20 minutes. After selecting the time, press the “model” button, and the hourglass will begin timing.
